How do I return an item?

Can I return an item for a refund?
No, we only offer credit notes or exchange for returns. Refund is issued for items with manufacturing faults only.
How do I know if you have received my return?
Returns are processed within 24 hours of being received. You will receive an email with your credit note information or notification that your exchange has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we don't ship worldwide! We ship within Malaysia.
What is a pre-order?
A pre order is an order placed on an item, which is not yet available. It generally takes between 2-3 weeks for a pre-order to become available but this can vary according to the item. They will be despatched on the date provided on the website but is subject to change.
Will my order arrive in time for an upcoming event/special occasion I have?
Please see our Shipping & Delivery section for delivery times to your location. If you are unsure please contact us at ask@fizzfashion.com.my. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors out of our control eg. Post service not running on schedule, customs delays ect.
How can I track my order?
Orders being sent within Malaysia will receive an automated email with tracking information. If you have not received an email within 2 business days please contact us at info@fizzfashion.com
The item I wanted is no longer on the website, will it be restocked?
If there is a particular item you are after but is no longer available on the website, please contact our team at info@fizzfashion.com where they will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.
