RETURNS Policy

 

Fizz Fashion wants all our girls to be completely and utterly in love with their purchase(s) 110%! So if for whatever reason you are not completely statisfied with your item,  you're welcome to send it back for a credit note to pick something else instead!  

 

 

CONDITIONS ON RETURNS

In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1.  Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic. 
2.  Be received in its original resell-able condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging (i.e- shoe boxes) intact. 
3.  Must be a full-priced item (We do not accept returns on sale items).
4. We do not accept returns on accessories.
5.  Return parcels must include the order number on the parcel.

All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the garment, they will then contact you via email to provide you with your credit note. Please note that the credit note can only be used on our online store, not in our retail stores. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note. Fizz Fashion reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.

 

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM

We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment!
Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which we cannot control.

In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace, refund or offer a 120% credit note for the items.

1. Please email info@fizzfashion.com with photos of your faulty item, your invoice number & full name
2. You will be sent a FREE RETURNS LABEL within 24 hours via email to cover your return postage cost. 
3. Item must be sent back to Fizz Fashion within 14 days of receiving the postage label.
4. Our team will inspect the garment and process either a refund, replacement or a credit note.
